Privacy Policy

Image Processing and Storage

Your privacy is our priority. All image processing happens directly in your browser, and we never store your images on our servers. All image processing operations are performed locally, and your images are not shared with any third parties.

Images are temporarily held in your browser's memory during processing and are automatically deleted once you close the application or navigate away from the page. On our download pages, we also provide a button to delete your data immediately once processing is finished, so you don't have to wait for it to clear automatically.

No personal information is required to use our image processing service, though you may optionally provide an email address for authentication or to access premium features.

AI-Powered Features

Our AI-powered features, such as background removal and smart enhancements, run entirely on your own device. Your images are never uploaded or shared with any third party to perform these AI operations. All AI processing takes place locally in your browser, so your photos stay on your device at all times.

To enable this, the AI model is downloaded once and cached using your browser's storage system, so future AI processing is faster and does not need to download the model again. This cached model contains no personal data and is never sent back to us or anyone else.

Third-Party Authentication

If you choose to authenticate using Google or Facebook, these third-party providers may collect verification data according to their own privacy policies. We do not have access to or control over the information collected by these providers. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies to understand how your data is handled.

Cookies and Browser Storage

We use cookies, session data, and your browser's storage system to enhance your experience and enable faster image processing. These technologies help our website function efficiently, remember your preferences, and maintain your session. You can manage cookie settings through your browser preferences.

How to Delete Your Data Manually

If you want to remove everything our website has stored on your device at any time, you can clear it directly from your browser:

1. Click the icon to the left of our website address in your browser's address bar.
2. Select "Site settings".
3. Click "Clear data" (or "Delete data").

This removes all data our website has saved on your device, including any cached AI models.

Advertising and Analytics

We may use Google advertising services, which use DART cookies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing activity. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Error Monitoring

We use Sentry to monitor and diagnose application errors. When an error occurs, Sentry automatically collects technical information such as the page URL, error message, and stack trace to help us identify and fix issues. No personally identifiable information or image data is included in these reports. You can learn more about how Sentry handles data at sentry.io/privacy.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and service. Any data sharing will be conducted in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
